Breathe was created to help ease the stresses of modern life and offer a place for healing and true transformation. The studio offers a wide range of classesguided, audio, group, privateas well as workshops and trainings.

Please note: Class size is limited so that all participants can practice wellness and social distance with a generous eight feet apart. As a safety precaution, this outdoor class is strictly bring-your-own-mat and towel! Masks are recommended but not required.

25% of proceeds go to Gracelyn's Hope to benefit all children. From mental health and serious illnesses to poverty and education efforts, their goal is to help every child live a happy and hopeful life. The charity focus for this event is in support of Lida Hope Elementary school. The goal is to help provide necessary school supplies to 380 kids in need.
Metered parking available on Main Street, or valet at The Joule for a discounted rate of $5.
ABOUT KATIE TULL HARRIS
Katie is a 200-hour certified meditation and yoga teacher in Dallas. She is most fond of leading a practice available and accessible to all. One that centers, restores and rejuvenates leaving you with true inner peace and gratitude for each and every day! She currently teaches meditation at the newly opened Breathe Meditation and Wellness studio in Highland Park. In addition to the world of wellness, Katie and her husband, Matt, are a real estate and design duo with Rogers Healy and Associates.
