Yogi Tots

Join us for a 30-minute YOGA and LITERACY class designed especially for toddlers! In this fast-paced class we read books, sing silly songs, dance, move, play, and of course, practice some yoga.

This fun class is offered in partnership with Yogi Squad, a local nonprofit bringing free and affordable yoga and literacy programs to the children of Fort Worth. Yogi Tots is an interactive yoga story time designed to enhance early literacy development and promote positive social-emotional growth in kids. This class is taught by a credentialed professional with certifications in library sciences and yoga.

Mothers' Milk Bank of North Texas Enrichment Classes are always free and offered on a first-come first-served basis. This class is best for toddlers and preschoolers, with younger siblings welcome.

What to bring: water bottles, yoga mat (we have some extras so don't worry about buying one if you don't already have it), comfortable clothes, and your toddlers. Younger siblings are welcome to attend with you and your toddler.
