This workshop is for anyone new to yoga or those that want to a fresh look at the basics of breath, alignment and movement and why Yoga..... We will focous on the details of the sequence for the Sun Salutation as our first Yoga pose in this Yoga Workshop Series. Sun Salutation is a perfect warm up or it even could be a gentle exercise work out in itself. Learn about modifications, to suit your individual needs. Knowing your body and adapting to your body needs are important in any yoga sequence. At one point or another, we all have sore body parts. Practicing gentleness with your body, will allow for expansion. The goal is to EMPOWER you to move and breath through a practice. Please bring your yoga mat, any props you may use, a blanket and water. $12
