Whether you're looking to deepen your practice of yoga or begin sharing it with others, our 200 HR Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher Training will provide you with the knowledge and skills necessary to explore your path. Our training program will be conducted in an intimate setting to allow students to become the best teacher they can be.
Through our Teacher Training program you will:
o Learn proper alignment of yoga poses and basic anatomy
o Explore the philosophy and history of yoga
o Understand how to sequence postures/asanas in a skillful manner
o Practice dynamic communication in order to guide a class in a safe and effective manner
o Immerse in an introduction to meditation
o Observe bodies and begin to learn how to give safe hands-on physical adjustments to empower your students' understanding of their bodies
