Two sessions available: Monday, May 21st at 10:45am and 6:45pm 
Our yoga teacher training program is unique in that you will graduate ready to teach a powerful yoga class, AND you will have a personal breakthrough in the way you communicate, listen and love. This program creates LEADERS who are bold, compassionate and strong, and TEACHERS who are skilled, approachable and dynamic. If you want to teach yoga, dive deeper into your practice, or simply take your WHOLE LIFE to the next level, our program is for you. 
We cover the following topics: Anatomy, Alignment, Philosophy, Hands-on Assisting, Practical Application, Communication, Personal Development, The History of Yoga, Yoga Sutras, Chakras, Group Dynamics, The Business of Yoga, and MUCH MUCH more. The bulk of the GSO training will be led by Shelley Lowther of Dancing Dogs Yoga Atlanta and Dancing Dogs Yoga Savannah and Lindsey Weir Auman of DDYG. Several adjunct faculty will also teach.
Our 2018 dates are August 13-18, 2018 at DDYG, September 7-9, 2018 at Victory Power Yoga and September 24-29, 2018 at DDYG. You must attend all dates to graduate.

Monday-Friday 8:30am-7:30pm with two meal breaks and snack breaks
Saturday 8:30am-6pm with one meal break and snack breaks
Assisting Weekend (September 7-9 at VPY)
Friday: 5:30pm-9pm
Saturday 8am-8pm
Sunday 8am-7:30pm
