Yoga for a Cause with Reebok & Casa Myrna at IDB

Join Reebok instructor Kelly Nummelin for a yoga class supporting local non-profit Casa Myrna in celebration of International Women's Day. Casa Myrna is Boston’s largest provider of domestic violence awareness efforts, shelter, and supportive services to survivors.

Director of Development and Communications at Casa Myrna, Leela Strong, will give a brief presentation about the organization and discuss how they’ve partnered with Reebok to use fitness as a tool for healing and empowerment. The Yoga class portion will be 45 minutes. Please bring your own mat to this event.

Donations for Casa Myrna suggested. There will be collection boxes on-site and an opportunity to donate a cash/credit gift as well. Casa Myrna is in need of the following items, all items must be NEW.
