Creative Intentions ~ Spring into Yoga + Painting

Tried the Wine + Painting... but want to be in a more peaceful and creatively spiritual environment? 

I’m Anna, a yoga instructor, aromatherapist and hypnotherapist who enjoys bringing wellness with conscious creatives.

Winter is ending... Spring is springing!

Let the winter go ... and bring in new intentions this Spring with this creative class.

I’ve paired up with local artist, Caroline. She’s the owner of Claytime Ceramics in Ocean Beach and won ‘Best Place to do Crafts.’ 

We are hosting a Yoga + Painting class focused around opening our chakras and creative intentions. Specifically the sacral chakra where our creative energy and passion come from.

This is a great way to cultivate your creative energy and set intentions to bring more creativity or passion into your life.

The first hour will be designed around a guided meditation, including a Tibetan singing bowl focused around the root chakra, yoga and knowledge around the chakras and intentions.

The last two hours will be designed around painting - A guided painting around chakras and a yogi in lotus or seated position.

All of the paint supplies will be provided but please sign up early so we know how many supplies to bring!

Also, Dr. Kombucha is provider for all who come to enjoy through the class to raise your vibration and elevate good vibes within the sacral chakra.

Please bring:

A journal, yoga mat, towel, clothes you don’t mind getting dirty for the class (or an apron), yoga clothes and water. 

A good idea would be to fast before the class so you can connect to your true intentions.

Please arrive 10 min early to set up.
