Instructor: Rita Burgos is a Clinical Ayurvedic Speciailst and Classical Yoga Nidra Representative, receiving her training through the California College of Ayurveda.
While she has studied a vast array of effective meditation techniques, deep relaxation and stress reduction practices, she made a commitment to share yoga nidra with as many people as possible.
​In addition to her work as an instructor and teacher trainer of classically-based Yoga Nidra, Rita has a clinical practice in Ayurvedic medicine in Los Angeles, integrating holistic counseling, lifestyle changes, body therapies and herbs. In her clinical work, she also integrates years of work in trauma recovery as an Energy Healing Therapist and Body/Mind Counselor .
