Yoga Nidra Sound Bath

Please join Yogi Mandhi???? and Jenna Denee Tuesday 10/26/21 from 7-9pm for a Yoga Nidra + Sound Bath experience in Ellen’s beautiful Yurt at Yurt Yoga Village in Seminole Heights Tampa.

Yoga Nidra is an ancient yogic sleep meditation done while in Savasana. Join us for a journey through our bodies, bringing awareness to every morsel of our being, our meridians, chakras, our breath, and a visualization portion at the end. Participants will fall into a deep relaxed half awake/half asleep state; also known as the “twilight zone.” Studies have shown the longer one can be in this state, the more health benefits can occur. It is basically like a vacuum to your subconscious; it helps to clear out the clutter, and allows your brain and body to work more harmoniously and efficiently. During the Yoga Nidra meditation Jenna Denee will accompany with her beautiful crystal bowls. Crystal bowls naturally help reduce stress and anxiety, stimulates the immune system, and assists with deep relaxation and pain relief.

After, we will take some time to reflect and connect with some Cacao (a ceremonial grade form of chocolate from @transcendimports). Bring your own cup! ☕️

7pm-7:22pm ~ Meet and Greet, settle in, light guided yoga stretching
7:22pm-8pm ~ Yoga Nidra + Sound Bath
8pm-9pm ~ Reflection/Sharing/Connection with Cacao/Dancing
