Merielle fully embraces presence, connection and warm community in all of her offerings. Her passion for physical health led her to complete her BSc in Sport and Exercise Science in Scotland whereafter her interest in the mind-body connection and traditions of Yoga guided her to undertake traditional teacher training connecting to the roots of the practice in India. With experience teaching workshops and assisting teacher training programs, Merielle invites you to set an intentional practice on your mat by existing mindfully, expressively, creatively and spiritually. Through the restorative practice of Yoga Nidra you will illuminate a peaceful and compassionate relationship with yourself. As we give ourselves permission to relax, will cultivate a deeper relationship with our naturally serene self while creating a platform for genuine connections in our community.
