Our monthly Yoga Mind® circles combine psychological processes and gentle yoga postures to help you release limiting emotional patterns and integrate deep insight and awareness.
Participants share in a sacred circle their struggles or concerns and, incorporating Yoga exercises, process and release them at a body-mind level connection.
This 90min sacred group is facilitated by Dianna Quach, PhD, RYT and meets the third Wednesday of every month at 6:30pm.
Yoga Mind® developed by Dr. Dianna Quach, a licensed clinical psychologist and certified yoga instructor, combines mindful, therapeutic exploration with gentle yoga poses designed to release emotional charge and process emotions.
