A yoga practice for self care
The yoga classes at Selina are designed to create strength and spacious in your body. They are lead by teachers from the international yoga organization Setu, who puts an emphasis on honoring ones body. The classes are open level and we encourage you come with some prior experience. Classes take place on Selina's roof top, with views of Manhattan and on the lower level, where the lights are dim and the room is cozy. Music will be played during class to enhance your experience.

About your teacher
Kiki Williams is a black, queer, interdisciplinary teacher, meditator, yogi, and dancer. Both a movement and mindfulness-enthusiast, she weaves together these modalities to support a fully-embodied approach to both individual and collective healing. Her classes call for mindful attention and awareness of each action, engaging both our wisdom and current body knowledge, as well as the courage to expand our edges.
About Setu
This event is produced in partnership with Setu, a wellness organization whose mission is to build community around the practice of yoga. A community in which all people feel seen, heard and valued, no matter their skin color, gender identity, body type or life story. A community where people courageously address inequities in wellness and support our collective wellbeing.
