Join us on Sunday of October 7th for a powerful 108 rounds of Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar) guided by 3 teachers with the sounds of nature and live music. The class is hold at historic scenic Reinstein Ranch in a spectacular east bay hills of Livermore. Relaxing meditation is followed by a nice hike or free time exploring the Ranch. Then we all are invited to share a delicious vegetarian dinner at the vintage farmhouse and casual wine tasting by the sunset. It’s going to be a beautiful Sunday to set up your intentions for the week or month ahead.
108 rounds of Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar) is a Worldwide practice. We meet on the first Sunday of the month to set up your intentions. With every Sun Salutation that you complete, you’re moving with an intention, whether that’s a word, a phrase, or just a feeling.

Sun Salutations circulate the blood while calming the mind. Since it’s a repetitive practice, you’re not thinking about the next pose or grappling with a new transition. You achieve a meditative state focusing solely on your breath, your mantra, and your body. It's an excilrating experience.

Practitioners salute the sun to the sound of nature and live music. Sound healing meditation is as powerful as the practice.
