Irisa Marin is a certified Vinyasa Yoga teacher who believes that creative physical practices done with intention, greatly improve the quality of one's life.
A lot of good comes from practicing yogic breathing & asana (postures) regularly:
Increase physical, mental, and emotional balance; Reduce stress;
Heal the body; Connect with breath; Connect with presence;
Set intentions……All this and more can take place in our yoga practice.
This class focuses attention on the breath because mindful breathing offers the most direct access to returning to balance. Aligning breath with presence and movement creates a nervous system that is more peaceful, and people with peaceful nervous systems make really different choices than people who are out of balance, over-stressed, overwhelmed, or burned out.
Each class will be different from the next, but the underlying intention to remain true to oneself and returning to one’s center will be an ever-present thread, and all classes will be supported by music specifically chosen for the practice.
This class includes: Music, Verbal Instructions, Physical Adjustments, Guided Imagery, Intentions & Meditation
