Yoga For Children age 7-12 | Fall II 2019

ABOUT THE CLASS This class for children age 7-12 is designed to increase strength, flexibility, self esteem and positive body image.Classes are each Wednesday, Oct. 23 - Dec. 18, 6:00-6:30 p.m. Class will not meet on Wednesday, Nov. 27.
Class meets in the YMCA Spin Class room.
PRICING Those wishing to join the class series after it has begun may contact us at CMS@churchhealth.org to receive a prorated discount code. Please contact us before completing your registration.
PARKING AND LOCATION Church Health is located at Crosstown Concourse, 1350 Concourse Ave. All parking is free. This class is in the YMCA Spin Class Room; if you are not a YMCA member, let the YMCA front desk know that you are here for class.
