We begin the nurturing class with floor stretches, breath-work, standing poses, and light meditation. After relaxing and restoring balance to the body, mind, and inner self, we are ready to move into the studio. In the studio, we focus on bringing the insights from our yoga session, and to express your thoughts and inspirations through different forms of art. The class will offer various channels of art, like watercolor, painting, and sculpting. While a professional artist will guide the sessions, the result will come from within. Suitable for beginners and anyone seeking an easy to follow well-rounded class.
