This workshop is designed to make anyone feel comfortable in a yoga class. Whether you've always thought, 'I want to give yoga a try' but felt like you'd be out of your zone, or you've attended a couple of classes but didn't feel like you 'got it,' this session is right for you. We'll cover some yoga basics (what is it? why do people do it?) and enjoy a gentle practice. Come with a mat or beach towel, questions, and a sense of humor.
