If we could recommend ONE yoga class a week to everyone, Glow Yin class would be it. This practice is a special treat to everyone stressed, stiff and tired. Guided breathwork, meditation, Nidra body scan are common in these classes. It feels incredible to stretch and reboot your mind from the chase into the curiosity and wonder. Take deep breaths, slow down, reflect, digest, turn on healing and deep relaxation.
