The second half of the class focuses on the art of pumping. We will talk about:

How to get the most milk in the shortest time possible
Milk storage tips and tricks
Babies are welcome. Bring a mat or blanket on which your little one can stretch out. Food and snacks are permitted. Handouts and slides will be provided.
An optional add-on session is available for hands-on help, from Susan.
