Fitbit Local Workout Wednesday

Workout with Fitbit Local Ambassador J.C. Lippold  at the Union Depot! We'll kick off with a (fun) high-intensity bootcamp followed by a yoga flow set to a LIVE DJ! BYO mat!

Public Transit is proving free transport on the light rail from all around the Twin Cities for those wanting to catch a ride to the event!

Everyone is welcome, so invite your friends and bring a smile. Owning a Fitbit product is not necessary to participate. Plus, one lucky participant will win a Fitbit tracker!

What to expect;

5:30 pm. Check-in opens

6:30 pm - 7:00 pm. HIIT sweat

7:00 pm - 7:30 pm. Yoga Flow

7:30 pm - 7:35 pm. Fitbit giveaway.

FAQs

Where do I check in?

Walk straight in the front door where the Fitbit team will be waiting for you. Check-in will begin at 5:30 pm but feel free to come early to grab a drink or snack at the restaurant or coffee shop! 

Where do I park?

Ramps and street parking are available the state's capital. 

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

This event is all-ages and suitable for all fitness levels.

What can I bring to the event?

Wear sneakers. BYO mat and towel.

Does my Eventbrite ticket guarantee entry?

Please arrive on-time as Fitbit Local workouts are first to come, first serve to the public. An Eventbrite ticket does not guarantee your spot in our class. Although, we have plenty of space for everyone!
