Celebrate Black Women with intentional listening!

To begin our celebration of #WomensHistoryMonth we are hosting a listening party! True listening, not the waiting to speak kind. Listening with full presence, with genuine curiosity, without assumption. Have you every listened with your whole body? Submitted completely to the adventure of not knowing? Do you know it feels to crave understanding? Bring that energy, to honor Black women with sacred intention.

The men that usually meet at this time for our men's wellness circles #MANifestWellnessSundays are graciously giving up our session to invite these brilliant women to share with us, and everyone, insights into their lives and work. We have asked them help us shape the conversations we have in our male only spaces, to help us become better men, partners, husbands, and fathers.

Men will not be allowed to speak the entire session. This will not be a dialogue between men and women. There may be opportunity to submit written questions from men in attendance.

Also be prepared to support these and other Black women who will bring books and other products for sale. (*If you are a Black women with products you would like to vend, no fee, space limited, please send a message*)

At 11:30am, before the panel, we are inviting women to join our #BlackMenDoYoga session. We will emphasize poses that day that honor Ancient Kemetic Goddesses: Auset, Ma'at and Nut !
