Women’s Soul Circle

The Women’s Soul-Circle is a 3 hour experience that feels like a half-day women's retreat to invest in your self care with others who place value on connecting with like-hearted women.

Sitting in a Soul Circle creates a safe space to talk openly and get straight to the heart of matters through voluntary story sharing as well as a mini workshop component led by founder and lifecoach, Angela Aguirre. 

“Kindness, Commitments and Gratitude" is the focus topic for this Soul Circle that invites reflection and discussion around:

• clarity around what you hold most dear to your heart and to pledge a commitment to that 

• learning how the quality of the attention you give to yourself and others is “kindness”

• healing through gratitude 

• Increasing the experience of joy through acts of kindness 

The Women's Soul Circle is an invitation to experience a safe space to be seen, heard and valued by a supportive circle, empowering you to stand in your authenticity and be a fully expressed woman.

Together we will:

• Announce shared intention and circle introductions.

• Do a centering exercise

• Open with shared story by host, Angela Aguirre

• Learn a technique to improve being a deep listener 

• Open up to volunteers who would like to share their own story

• Closing thoughts & tea ceremony
