This isn’t your typical run club. Women RUN Wynwood Powered by Triple Threat FIT is a FREE, WOMEN EMPOWERMENT 5K MONTHLY RUN, where women can come together to help each other rise, something to help women start each month with power and positive energy, by providing an experience that motivates, supports, and drives the ladies to another level of empowerment.

It’s always a good run, when you RUN with WRW! It’s all about routing for each other, helping each other grow, taking a moment to look towards the side.. and seeing, and understanding that we as WOMEN are in this together. No pain, no sweat, no heat can stop us from moving forward towards our personal path to growth and greatness. Women who empower, women with a voice.. that’s what we aim towards. You are all so beautiful, so strong, so worthy. You inspire us to be more, do more, and work harder to deliver the VERY BEST WOMEN EMPOWERMENT 5k RUN/MOVEMENT IN THE MIAMI AREA! It's amazing the things that happen in our monthly women empowerment RUNS. When women come together. amazing things happen. What you can expect when you attend Women RUN Wynwood:

The event starts off with a registration

An opening speaker hypes up the crowd with a message on female power

A warmup

THE 5K RUN

A yoga/stretch cool down

And then it’s time to mingle! (Women are encouraged to hang out, checkout the vendors, listen to the DJ and empower each other, with awesome conversations!)

If you think all that sounds amazing then you’re right – it is. But wait, it’s even more amazing than you already think. There are several beautiful things about this (besides the empowering concept) that make it the run club that you want to join. The amazing thing about the vendors is that they are all, get this, companies that are either founded, co-founded or run by women. The speakers? Local women who are major influencers and make a positive impact here in our Miami community and also in our world at large.
