Women's Self-Defense Seminar in Glendale February 2020

Research proves women who have taken a self-defense class are less likely to be targeted as a victim, and are more likely to get away if they are.

In this three hour seminar, you’ll learn effective life-saving skills, including:

• Improving your ability to identify the danger in situations
• Developing skills to deter perpetrators
• Practicing simple, effective physical self-defense techniques

You’ll learn about the predator’s victim selection process. When you know how they operate, you’ll be better able to detect the setup for an attack and escape before it happens.

You’ll learn about the Color Codes of Awareness used to in defense instruction to military, police, and security personnel. This, and “priming your brain”, will help you be mentally prepared to manage a perpetrator.

You’ll learn about space management, and the escapes and strikes that can save your life. The physical self-defense techniques are simple, effective, and do not require strength.

This self-defense seminar is appropriate for females age 10 and up. It’s a great mother-daughter activity! In just three hours, you’ll gain awareness, confidence, and life-saving physical self-defense skills.
