Wolf Hollow Presentation Saturday, July 22nd

Visitors have the opportunity to view the wolf hollow pack while a one hour educational lecture is presented. The recommended age for this program is five years and up. While learning about how the wolf lives in a family group, its role in nature, its history with man, and the fight to preserve their species in the wild, visitors observe the wolves interacting with their pack-mates at close range.

We at Wolf Hollow our excited to now be offering tickets online as we hope it will create a better visitor experience. We especially hope this ability helps with those visitors coming from long distances and those worried about sell out days. With the ticketing system being new we wanted to give a period of adjustment to this new feature so in starting out we will have 100 tickets available online for our 1:30pm presentation and then some tickets held in reserve to be sold onsite day of presentation. Starting November 1st all tickets will be available for purchase online. Below you will find an FAQ we hope answers any possible questions about the new ticketing system, feel free to leave a comment if you have a question that was not answered here. FAQ about ticketing system:

When do tickets go on sale?

-Tickets go on sale two weeks before the presentation date

-Tickets go off sale at 12pm day of presentation

Where do I go when I get to Wolf Hollow for my presentation?

-We will have a check-in area in the visitor center to check-in and confirm tickets that have been purchased in advance

Do I need to print my tickets?

-You do not need to print your tickets, you can show the volunteer at the check-in desk your tickets using your phone or give the first and last name of the person who purchased the tickets.

I purchased tickets for the 1:30pm presentation what time should I arrive?

-In order to give time for parking and check-in plan to arrive at 1pm when our gates open.

Does purchasing a ticket also mean I have a reserved seat?

-All seating is still general admission at a first-come basis.

Can I return tickets and get a refund if I can’t make it to the presentation I bought tickets for?

-Returning tickets for a refund is available up until 1 day prior to the presentation. After a refund has been requested please allow up to 72 hours for our volunteer staff to process.

What happens if Wolf Hollow cancels a presentation?

-Occasionally we will have to cancel a presentation, typically for reason of adverse weather (high heats, heavy rain or snow, and severe cold are examples). In the event this occurs all tickets for that presentation will be refunded within 72 hours of cancelation.
