Would you like to dive deeper into your personal yoga journey on a physical, mental, spiritual AND intellectual level?

Does carving out time to gently yet consistently condition your body, while also contemplating the following questions sound joyful:

  • how did yoga get to be a mainstream self-care tool in America;
  • what are the most current key biomechanical principles surrounding yogic movement; and,
  • what does modern scientific studies say about the benefits?

If so, then this Winter Yoga Immersion is for you.

Come to the mat on four (4) Saturdays for four (4) hours each to deepen your practice, expand your knowledge on modern yoga and enhance your personal life journey.

As a result of this immersion, Janet, and Dina hope you will feel one or more of the following:

  • physically conditioned.
  • mentally rejuvenated.
  • spiritually aligned.
  • more knowledgeable about the history and current evolution of yoga in America.
  • understand the biomechanics of our bodies as it relates to yogic movement.
  • understand the most relevant scientific studies about the benefits of yoga.
