Planning a wedding (or know someone who is)? Join the Sweet Bough Wedding Collective for our Winter Wedding Showcase, a celebration of our creative community of Ithaca-based wedding vendors. Whether you're planning a small elopement or the biggest party we've ever seen, you'll find vendors here who can make your day exactly what you want it to be. Every vendor in the Sweet Bough community promises a collaborative, non-judgemental, flexible, and fun experience for couples of any age, race, gender, orientation, identity, religion, or tradition.

Not your typical bridal show! (In fact, we don't call it that for a reason - not every wedding has a bride, some have two - and we’re happy to support every wedding for every couple!)

A Little Background...

The Sweet Bough Wedding Collective is an alliance of over 100 vendors in the Ithaca area who abide by common principles of respect, inclusion, and compassion. From the big decisions like venues and caterers to the details like custom ring design and group activities, you’ll find your dream team of locally-focused vendors here.

The Details...

Vendors will be spread out throughout the Argos Inn, Foundry, and Argos Warehouse spaces. These are all on one site, but there is an outdoor walk between the buildings. Participating vendors include wedding planners and coordinators, photographers, caterers, musicians, DJs, venues, bakers, videographers, floral designers, jewelers, lodging, stylists, and group activities for your wedding weekend or bachelor/ette party! All showcase vendors are part of the Sweet Bough Wedding Collective, which means they're based in the Ithaca area and have agreed to our Terms of Engagement, promising a collaborative, non-judgemental, flexible, and fun experience for couples of any age, race, gender, orientation, identity, religion, or tradition.

All are welcome – you don't have to be one of the folks getting married. Families, friends, and supporters warmly welcomed, as well as people planning any other type of celebration.

FAQs

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

People of all ages are welcome, though everyone age 14 and older needs a ticket. Childcare is not available at the event, but coloring sheets and crayons are available for little ones at the check-in desk!

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Downtown Ithaca is full of parking options! Parking on the street and in garages is free on Sundays, though please respect no parking zones, loading zones, and parking time limits. All three downtown Ithaca garages are convenient to the Argos properties. More parking information can be found at parkithaca.com.
