Time on the elliptical and aqua jogging count, so don't rush back to regular running too quick!

Like many Chicagoans this morning, I stood outside of McCormick Place hoping to get tickets to the Obama Farewell Address (I didn't), so I missed this event. To make up for it, I just went running solo on the lakeshore path. And now I want to die. So please keep me posted about similar events in the future...I'm running F^3 on the 28th and need all the help I can get 😒

The numbers on the website are a bit different than the description posted here. FFC site says: "Log 100 miles = earn a Winter Running Beanie! Log 200 miles = earn a FFC Endurance Discount Card – save on massages and more! Log 300 miles = earn a long sleeve tech t-shirt Log 100 runs in 105 days = earn a VO2 Max Performance Test (grand prize)" Which source is correct?

Does anyone know if there's a max number of hours the LifeFitness treads at FFC can hold at once without having to reset the workout?

(In other words, can I follow through with my plan to do an indoor marathon on a treadmill without interruption?)
Shelley Sarson
-- 16/12/2016 23:18
I think it's only 60 min
Chris Navin
-- 16/12/2016 23:18
They can be programmed. Usually they are set to 60min, sometimes 120 minutes. We have a few at each club that are set to endless "marathon mode" and they should be labeled with special stickers. If you can't find any, let me know and I can fix that!
