Class Description: Wine, Cheese & Chocolate Pairing  is just the class you need to increase your food knowledge and impress dinner guests. In this class participants will learn the basics of tasting and pairing with our local Sommelier. Wine, cheese  & chocolate with the perfect olive oil / Balsamic.

Our Italian wines are a Chardonny (Steel Barrel), Unlitro red  & Moscato D Asti.  You will be informed by a professional sommelier on wines. Brovelli staff will also inform you on perfect pairing of cheeses, chocolates and in store product for that perfect event.

Included will be complimentary cheese, charcuterie, wine & chocolate using products from the store, Brovelli Oil & vinegar wall will be available for tasting.

 Every participant will receive a Complimentary stemless wine glass

 Complimentary 10% off all items in the store. 

 Cancellation Policy:  If a participant is unable to make a registered course, they can sign up for another course as a substitute. We do not offer refunds currently.
