Wim Hof Method Fundamentals
In this workshop, you will learn the Wim Hof Method (WHM) in a group setting. Your experience will include light lecture and experiential training of the 3 Pillars of the method: Breathing Exercises, Cold Exposure, and Mindset/Focus. We will be breathing, ice bathing, and learning to hack the nervous system. This class will be taught by certified instructor, Rob Hartman, and Wim Hof will not be present.

I’ve already done the 10-week course or practiced the breathing. Will this benefit me? Yes, the 10-week course is a good introduction to the breathing. Many people find that they are able to have deeper experiences in the group setting with a certified instructor. Plus, you’ll get to ask questions that may improve your home practice.
What can I bring to the event? A light snack, swimsuit, flip flops, socks, and towel. Yoga mat if you have one.
How can I prepare? Optionally, practice taking cold showers to see how your body responds to the cold. You may sign up for the 20-day cold shower challenge here:
What do I wear? Wear comfortable clothes for light exercise. Bring warm clothes.
