Bullet Journaling 101 Workshop With Liz Layne

In this workshop, you will learn all the specifics of Bullet Journals in a laid back, hands-on environment. You will be encouraged to practice, to play, and to create! Developed by Ryder Carroll, this productive art is described as "a mindfulness practice disguised as a productivity system" and the goal of Bullet Journaling is to help us to live intentional, productive and meaningful lives.

PRIOR to the event – view this 5 minute video

You will be provided a dot grid notebook, black fineliner pen and a ruler. You are welcome to bring anything from home to use in the workshop (favorite pens, stickers, magazine clippings, favorite quote – anything at all that inspires you!)

Liz Layne is a Yoga Alliance RYT-200 and Leadership Coach based in Denver, CO. As a yoga teacher, Liz guides wellness-curious adults to explore the practice of yoga + meditation and create balance within each aspect of their lives - both on the mat in a yoga class, or off the mat in a specialty workshop!
