Wig Making

This Class is a multiple day class. Each day from 10/17/18 to 10/20/18, starting at 11am and ending at 5pm, each day.

Have you ever wanted to learn how to create your own wig?  Learn the essentials of wig design and creation from a true master stylist!  You will learn about Mold Measurements, Lace & Cap Construction, Ventilation, and Knotting techniques in this comprehensive class.  This hands-on class is very limited in space to ensure all students receive individualized attention.  Don’t miss out on this amazing opportunity!  

Marie Brown has been a master stylist for nearly 30 years. She has created wigs for some of entertainment's top talented singers and actresses and has formally trained from New York to Atlanta to London in the art of wig construction. Based in Atlanta, Marie has worked with a number of celebrities including Toni Braxton, TLC, Gloria Ruben, Paula Washington, The Braxtons, Amerie, Skye Marshall, Tracye Thompson, Alex Scott and many others. 

Marie is a member of the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees (IATSE) Local 798. She has been on set for numerous television series and movies, as well as Broadway shows including Aida, Beauty and the Beast, and After Midnight.
