TIME SUBJECT TO CHANGE. Final check-in time for pre-show entry and meet & greet will be emailed to you  no later than 24-48 hours before your show. For any urgent inquiries, you can email WDWVIP@crowdsurf.net

Each package will be issued a different color wristband at check in.
All wrist bands, laminates and after party tickets will not be replaced if lost. VIP upgrade guests MUST keep these items on hand to access VIP perks.

One parent/legal guardian, who has purchased a general admission ticket, will be allowed to enter venue for VIP check in with their child - who is under 18 years of age - that has purchased a VIP Upgrade package. All parents or legal guardians will be held in a parent area and will not be admitted to pre-show access to artist, meet and greet or after show party.
All LIMELIGHT VIP Upgrades are non-transferable. The name on the ticket must be the person checking in for event. IDs will be required. If you have purchased multiple LIMELIGHT packages you must check in with your full party. If you are a parent purchasing for your child, you must accompany them to check in and provide ID which matches the name on the purchase. 
Any level VIP Upgrades found to be sold aftermarket will be canceled and considered null and void. The only place to purchase VIP Upgrades is directly from this page. All other purchases will be invalid and will not be accepted at the door. NO EXCEPTIONS.
