March is Women's History Month. We have a special speaker to bring insight to this important achievement.
Susan Young is an award-winning visibility strategist and founder of Get in Front Communications, Inc. For 20 years, Susan has been helping women to find their voices, tell their stories, get publicity and grow their businesses.
A former radio news reporter and on-air anchor, Susan has interviewed everyone from homeless people to presidents. She also worked as Deputy Director of New Jersey Gov. Christine Todd Whitman’s Office of Radio and Television, and was a PR director for a statewide nonprofit.
Susan is also a sought-after speaker and trainer. She has been a member of the National Speakers Association and teaches professionals about public speaking, self-confidence, storytelling in business and reading body language. Susan is a certified practitioner in NeuroLingusitic Programming (NLP), a methodology that focuses on business, sales, psychology and communication. NLP is used by world leaders, top athletes and global business executives.
Susan has been honored as “Entrepreneur of the Year” and is one of the ‘75 Badass Women on Twitter.’ She facilitates Communication Nation on Facebook.
For the past 13 years, Susan and her husband have lived in San Antonio. They have 2 grown children.
