Crystal Barrow is a practicing attorney and has been a Certified Professional Career Coach since 2014. As the Founder of Shape Your Success Coaching, LLC and having been employed in unique positions, her mission is to help others create the fulfilling and sustainable careers they want and deserve, on their own terms.

The purpose of CoachCafe! is to help members grow their business in an environment of support and strength. Members know to come prepared to “offer” each other support, based on their strengths. At the same time, members are encouraged “to ask” each for help.
