We will of course explore Japanese whiskeys at length. Japan has the finest examples of Whiskeys in Asia and we will of course spend a fair amount of time on them. However don’t forget about the emerging markets of India and Taiwan. I have been extremely impressed by the creativity and quality of the whiskeys coming from these countries.
