Bring your practice outdoors on Lady Bird Lake!
More than just a yoga class, we will begin with some pointers on the dock before getting out on the water. You'll take a guided paddle, with instruction on proper technique along the way. When we're warmed up, we'll anchor the boards for a 40 minute practice. Don't worry, we'll save some time at the end to play and take pictures of how cool you are ; )
And keep a lookout later this year for intermediate classes too!
Session Length: 2 hours
Space is limited to 6 students per class.
No experience in yoga or standup paddle boarding required.
