We encourage an appropriate bike in good working order, water, and a helmet. We also suggest an emergency repair kit, energy food, and cash in case we stop and a fully charged mobile phone.

Arrive up to 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. Rain usually cancels rides. We ride with temperatures around 50 degrees or higher. New riders and will be offered assistance to gain group experience and after a few rides, you should be able to encourage newcomers!
