Get your adrenaline flowing at our African Dance Workshop with DJ Howie at 1.30 to 2:15 pm, followed by a Martial Arts demonstration with Master Paul Brown from 2:15 to 2:30 pm all at Inspire NY, the nations first church and wellness center, where we are taking back our health, wealth, loved ones and community!

At 2:30 to 3:30pm join in on the discussion with moderator Rev. Simone Lord, N.D, where we talk about the illnesses that people need help managing as we offer natural treatments, supplements, as well as foods and fresh pressed juices to support your immune system and digestive systems. These workshops are designed to educate, decrease stress levels, help your mind body and spirit to get strong enough to withstand chemotherapy/other treatments and claim victory over illness.
