Steven Rice was the fat kid growing up, until he became the obese adult. Both were bad, and as various ailments and injuries began to outweigh his quality of life, he finally decided he had enough. Since then, he’s lost more than 100 lbs, increased his general strength and athletic abilities by many orders of magnitude, developed efficient ways to do all of that which don’t take over his life, and has helped countless others to do the same.
