Wednesday morning yoga classes are gentle and include yoga poses modified to individual needs. Gentle movement sequences help to improve the body’s movement patterns, yogic breath techniques, and guided relaxation.
This class is led by instructor Morgan Engels and is suitable for all experience levels.
