This is a recurring workout. I can assist with training and offer suggestions for your first multi-sport event (Triathlon, Dualathon, Swim/Run, and Swim/Bike). I initially had a swim, run and bike workout but have transitioned to primarily a swimming workout. You can add running and cycling to make it more productive. We have toes in the water at 5ish. You can bring your bike for a quick strand ride before after if you like. (With a Beginners Triathlon the following Sunday Sept 26th, at Glorietta Bay. Check in from 7:30-8am). Hope to see you there!
