Weddings can be one of the most profitable yet stressful types of photography. On Saturday, February 1st, Master Photographer Marceliano Munoz will help you take the fear out of wedding photography! As a working wedding photographer in one of the busiest and best studios in the USA, Marc knows what it takes to create stunning images for his clients on the wedding day, all the while making it an enjoyable experience. From 8am until 10am you’ll be guided through his preparation process in a fast paced, lecture style program to equip you with the tools needed to set yourself up for success on the wedding day. Print competition is one of Marc’s favorite ways to improve his skills. For your benefit, you will also be provided with some tips to better prepare you for your next competition or social media post.

Interested in something a little more “hands-on”? Marc will also be taking you on two separate shooting workshops from 10am-1pm and 4-7pm. Marceliano says, "Some things can only be shown”, so bring your cameras as he will have models and lighting available so you can see how certain shots are created in the field.

About Marceliano:

Born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, I have just recently moved to Alabama to start a new branch of my family’s photography business. I entered into our fourth generation business when I was just seven years old. I shot my first wedding by myself when I was thirteen. Photography and print competition are in my blood, having literally grown up in the field while also attending print judging (before it was online) and participating in PPA for as long as I can remember. PPA has had a great influence in my life and has played a big role in refining me into the photographer I am today. I feel blessed to be able to say that I have received awards in both the image and album categories at the GIA’s in recent years. I was also asked to represent the USA in the World Photographic Cup for the past two years in a row. I have never had to look hard for a teacher and am excited for the opportunity to give back to a community that has already given me so much. The best part about being a wedding photographer is getting to work with people on the best day of their lives. I feel it’s easy for people to forget that. When I’m not behind the camera, I’m with my wife and three daughters.
