Go from being a goal setter to a goal GETTER one step at a time! Tell me, Luv. Have you been...

– Wanting to “get back in shape” but keep putting it off & promising you’ll get to it tomorrow?
– Daydreaming about awesome it would be to feel fit, slender & sexy your body (and say see-ya to those random joint aches & neck pain), but just aren’t feeling going to the gym & dealing with the high fees, awkward exercise classes or expensive trainers with their rigorous programs designed for people ⅓ your age?
– Attempting to work on your fitness alone, but secretly wishing for an easier, more fun way to get fit that was actually entertaining & exciting (and maybe came with better company than your FitBit and a few random murder podcasts)?

Well, what if I told you you could…
– Walk
– Talk
– Get in the most fantastic shape everrrr
– Learn how to live healthier in body, mind & spirit
– Achieve more of your goals (in #alltheareas)....
….All while “getting your steps in” with other like-minded ladies in your very own favorite (but often neglected) backyard beach?!
Well, listen up, Luv. It’s possible.

AND NOW IS YOUR TIME.

Here’s the truth: It’s not too late to get into the best shape of your life, make healthier choices in ALL areas (mind, body & spirit) and cultivate awesome new friendships while you’re at it.

Still, I get it. I’ve heard soooo many women over the last few years all struggling with this whole “getting older but still wanting to look awesome and have fun” thing.
They tell me stuff like:
“Is this as good as it gets? I guess I'm officially a grandma now.”
“ I'm jealous of my friends who are in better shape and seem so happy.”
“ I wish I was more positive.”
“ I know I need to walk, but it's so boring and I don't have anyone to walk with. I'll just go tomorrow. Dammit, Why can't I stick to my habits more than 3 days?”
Or, the worst: “I'm never going to get better. I hate my life. I don’t anything fun in your future to look forward to.”
They also tell me they really do want to get into better shape, have more fun & just enjoy life again...but they just can’t.

Instead, they watch the days go by, always pushing off their health goals until tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow. So, instead of making any progress (even teeny-tiny steps toward progress), they just wind up feeling even more bored, frustrated & (sometimes) overweight by the day.
Some of them have even confessed they’ve wondered–just for a moment–whether their best days are behind them. And that breaks my heart!
But here’s the thing: They're not really ready to give up on love, life or themselves.

I know it. They know it. YOU know it.

And I’m definitely not ready to give up on them–or you–either!
Hi Luv, I’m Dee-Dee Devin, certified Holistic Lifestyle and Nutrition Health Coach and founder of Deevine Intervention Lifestyle + Nutrition Counseling.
Once I started hearing all the same gripes from women around me, I knew I had to create a simple, super fun and WAY EASIER way for women-of-a-certain-age to gather, get fit & get to know each other–and themselves–deeply.

(Preferably outside, with sunshine splashing across our faces & the ocean misting our toes. #justsaying)
I also knew it needed to be fun, easy, social & stress-free!

So, my new self-care circle, Walk Your Talk, was born.
Introducing…

Walk Your Talk: Go from Goal Setter to Goal Getter–One Step at a Time

What it is:
Walk Your Talk is a 6-week small group designed to help women like you create a healthier lifestyle through physical exercise (earthing on the beach), spiritual awakening (meditation) and emotional connection (conversation & sharing).

This isn’t just a cool way to get your steps in (although it totally is), it’s a complete self-care circle & a transformational experience for the mind, soul and body.

(As I like to say, it’s basically the new book club, but waaaay better for you. And on the beach, hello!)

Here’s how it works:
We meet every week for 6 weeks at Strands Beach to do this: walk barefoot on the beach to breathe, de-stress & earth (plus “get those steps in”), receive a mini-health coaching lesson, do a short seated meditation to connect with ourselves, connect with other like-minded local ladies in a sacred sharing circle where each woman can express her feelings openly & honestly & finally, walk back to where we began so we can define simple action steps to take before our next walk to move forward with our goals.

I like to think of it as like minds getting healthy...together.
The main goal? By the end of the 6 weeks, you’ll feel more empowered, happy, fit, energetic, positive and hopeful than you ever in ages–and like there’s nothing in this world you can’t handle. (You know, like you’re finally taking control of your life...and embracing that THIS time of your life the BEST time of your life!)

(Oh, and don’t fault me if you almost don’t recognize yourself since you’re finally living their life on purpose, being your most magnificent self and effortlessly walking through doors that didn’t even exist before. You’ve been warned!)
Want to know exactly how it goes down? Picture this...
You show up to Strands Beach at 9 a.m. on your day of choice (options below).

We kick things off each week with a mini-health coaching lesson from an expert health coach (that’s me), before sliding our sandals off, sinking our toes in the sand & meandering our way down to the shoreline for our signature walk & talk. (Health coach lesson topics are true lifestyle sessions & run the gamut from weight loss to stress relief to emotional eating to self-care to regaining energy & sex appeal & verve for living through natural, sustainable and a joyous approach–without giving up wine, chocolate or Harvati cheese, of course. ;) )

Next, we’ll saunter down the sand & take a barefoot walk on the beach. During this time, we’ll breathe deep, de-stress, earth (aka connect with the ground below us–that’s where the barefoot part comes in), get in the gentle cardio we crave & obviously, chat, laugh & just live alongside each other. We’ll feel the wind in our hair, the sand between our toes & the tickle of ocean water on our cheeks. We’ll BE.

Once we’ve “arrived,” we’ll plop down for a beautiful 10-15-minute seated meditation & circle share. Each member will feel safe & supported to express her true feelings on a wide variety of topics. This open forum in an unconventional (& quite awe-inspiring) setting will allow us to share and express ourselves in ways we haven’t in ages, and give everyone permission to be exactly who they are meant to be.

Then, refreshed, renewed, re-energized & seriously self-expressed, we’ll walk & talk right back to where we began. We’ll close each session with an action step or tiny piece of “homework” to complete for the following week. (This homework isn’t hard–promise!–but it will be fun, motivational & keep you excited & inspired until we see each other again!) I cross-my-heart every walk & talk will set you to have the best week ever...no matter what that week holds.

Then, the following week? We’ll do it all again, except we’ll feel even closer to each other & to ourselves. Not to mention, even better in our ever-evolving, always-getting-stronger bodies.

BA-BOOM.

"In every walk with nature, one receives
far more than he seeks”
- John Muir

So, what can you expect from all this walking & taking?
Here’s a peek at a few changes you’ll walk away with (pun SO intended)...
– Less stress (There’s something about walking with the ocean breeze in your hair and sand in between your toes, surrounded by open-minded women that just melts stress away like sunscreen on a hot day. Oh, and our weekly meditations definitely help here, too.)
– Radiant health inside & out (Our weekly health coaching lessons will help you learn tools to keep both your brain & body in tip-top, tantalizing shape.)
– A wildly more positive mindset & outlook on life (Walk Your Talk members say they become more grateful–even in the midst of trials for they are all opportunities to grow. I call that a win!)
– Friendship & connection. WYT members tend to cultivate relationships as deep, beautiful & serene as the Pacific we walk alongside.

Just imagine...
If you could truly SEE how perfect & beautiful you are. If your attitude & energy were so much more positive & sky-high, you could FEEL how much more there is to live for. If YOU were the one inspiring others with your positivity & centeredness, including your family & friends. if you were able to do things you never thought possible–whether that’s physically, mentally or even spiritually. If you consistently felt pulled toward your goals instead of pushing so dang hard to get what you want (if you ever get it). And imagine waking up genuinely excited to start each fresh, new day with purpose and passion, excitement, and enthusiasm.

That’s life after Walk Your Talk.
In short? The transformation that happens in WYT from week one to week six is profound.

(While still being a super fun time.)

And, just in case you’re not 100% convinced yet, here are a few more reasons you’ll love Walk Your Talk…

It works for weight loss. If you’re “just” dieting or “just” working out, you’re missing a huuuuge piece of the pie. If you want to truly move the needle when it comes to your body, you’ve gotta have it all. Walk Your Talk combines mild (but powerful) movement with meditation, self expression, stress reduction & lessons on learning to love yourself while also learning to open up to others. It even brings you closer to nature...and that salt water that’s soooo good for your skin. ;) Basically, it’s a slow-but-steady (yet surefire) way to achieve sustainable habit changes. Walk Your Talk program is the whole pie (or enchilada, or your fave food of choice!)

It’s sustainable. WYT is specifically designed specifically for middle-aged women who are over the rigorous workouts & chttps://www.dddevin.com/walk-your-talk-join-today/razy-strict diets, but still want to feel fit & fab. With Walk Your Talk, you’ll do a little every week, but get BIG results. (No outdoor bootcamps, baby stroller groups or counting macros–and then beating yourself up when you go over–required. Oh, and no fancy gyms, sometimes embarrassing group fitness classes or slightly-terrifying-yet-very-ripped trainers to be found here, either.)

It has accountability baked right in. Did you know you’re 65% more likely to succeed when you have at least one accountability buddy? Just imagine how much you could achieve with 12 like-minded ladies who are literally by your side & cheering you on every single week.

It’s affordable. Transformational health coaching can have a high price tag because it’s personalized & high-touch. But when you join a small, casual group like this which includes mini-health coaching lessons, you can still reap the benefits...without dropping all the Benjamins. :)

Everything’s better with friends. Let’s be honest: Getting older can also mean getting lonelier, too. Joining a group like this that allows you to connect with other supportive women you might never have met otherwise, who will hold you accountable, laugh with you & share in your big & little wins along the way. The self care circle is the new book club, but waaaay better for you!

It’s freakin’ fun! (I mean, it happens outdoors...barefoot...on the freakin’ beach.)

Pick ONE day Tuesday June 4th, Thursday June 6th OR Saturday June 8th beginning the first week of June for 6 consecutive weeks. Our meeting time is from 9 to 11 a.m. I am creating 3 small groups of no more than 12 women (40+) per group. If you can't make it on your selected day, you will have the option of making it up on either of the other 2 days that same week.
