Let's come together to cultivate a healthier relationship with our creative minds and ourselves through guided journaling, hypnosis, guided imagery, reiki, sound, and aromatherapy! This powerful combination will boost your imaginations and solidify your confidence.

Please bring a yoga mat, journal + pen, pillows + blankets (if you'd like), and a water bottle. Also, please wear comfortable clothes! Please reserve your spot- space is limited!*
