Volunteer! Nursery Stewardship

Come enjoy a morning of Stewardship on Mount Sutro!
Activities include sowing seeds, transplanting plants, tending to demonstration gardens, or weeding and planting out on the mountain, depending on the needs of the day. No experience necessary! Tools, gloves, and instruction provided.
Please bring water and wear clothes you don't mind getting a little dirty, long pants, and sturdy closed-toe shoe. Layers and long-sleeve shirts are recommended.
If you plan on coming with a group of 4 or more people, please register by emailing events@sutrostewards.org to confirm space.
Sutro Native Plant Nursery is located at the upper intersection of Johnstone Dr and Behr Ave, past the UCSF Student Housing. Inquire for parking details if needed.
