Volunteer Experience: Martha's Table

This event is reserved for students who are currently attending Georgetown University Summer Sessions.

Join Summer Sessions on Monday, June 17th at 1:00pm for a volunteer opportunity! The event is free for students!

Students will volunteer at Martha's Outfitters which is a friendly, fun community second-hand thrift store in Historic Anacostia of Washington, DC. Volunteers will help to sort donations, hang merchandise and keep the store clean. The energy volunteers bring to the store make it a fun place to be!

Student who wish to travel as a group to the event will meet at the front gates of campus at 12:10 PM. A Summer Sessions staff member will meet students and will be wearing a Summer Sessions t-shirt.

For students who wish to meet at the event, please arrive at Martha's Table Outfitters no later than 1:45pm.
