Volume Training (9am-6pm) - Classic Eyelash Extension theory + hands-on workshop:
Pearl Lash Volume Training© – An advanced class designed for students with at least 3 – 6 month of experience. A firm fundamental knowledge of the Classic eyelash application is strongly suggested before enrolling in this class. The key objective of the Volume (also known as Russian Volume or 3-D Volume) set is an application of multiple eyelash extensions to a single natural lash on the clients eye. Volume application techniques are more complex and the eyelash extensions thinner in diameter, hence the desired previous Classic experience. Each student will be provided with an industry exclusive Pearl Lash detailed professional training Volume manual filled with valuable practical information for every future lash artist. Upon completion of this one day class, a newly Certified Pearl Lash Volume Artist will be awarded a Certificate of Completion. Key curriculum objectives are outlined below.

2. Structured Curriculum
Each training class consists of two parts.The first part of the class in dedicated to all fundamentals that each student pursuing a career in eyelash artistry must know. Starting from a full medical consultation and ending with scheduling the follow-up appointment. During the first half session, each student will receive an in-depth study guide to follow along with the trainer.The second half of the day session is dedicated to live model hands on practice. Each student will be given instruction and step by step guidance by our talented trainers from start to finish. The trainers will answer all questions along the way to help each student individually to correct any weak points. By the end of the class, each student will receive a certificate of completion and a ton of freshly learned knowledge to take home and practice with.

You are strongly encouraged to bring your own model to the hands on portion of the class. The hands on portion will be held from 2pm through 6pm. Please note that Models are not permitted to be present at the morning session from 9am until 1pm.
You do have an option to train on a mannequin head however we discourage this training style as it does not properly represent a real live human experience.
