During this workshop you will learn how to listen deeply to the voice of your most authentic self, distinguishing between the “shoulds” you have been hearing your entire life and your Soul voice, that voice that KNOWS the next best step, that knows what is the most full manifestation of your true divine self. You will hear the calling of your Soul's direction and manifest that direction through visual art, making that vision more and more tangible in the present moment. KNOW the next steps! Feel confident moving into your vision! 
In this workshop you will:
- Learn to listen to the voice and language of your intuition
- Learn to use tools for checking in with your Soul throughout the day
- Meet your Soul Self through guided meditation
- Know the next step in your Soul direction
- Create a visual manifestation of your Soul direction through intuitive collaging
What to bring:
- journal
- water (this is essential! Bring drinking water!)
All art supplies for intuitive collaging will be provided. Feel free to bring any material you are particularly drawn to that you may want to use for manifesting your direction through artwork.

About the facilitator:
My name is Tarrin McDonald, owner and operator of Bear Medicine. I am a deeply feeling, deeply intuitive academic, Spiritual Director, Reiki Practitioner, teacher, and facilitator whose passion in life is to hold space for wholeness. It is not our darkness that destroys us. It is not our light that guides us. It is our wholeness, our dark and light together, that allow us to show up fully in the world to live out what our unique individual purpose is on this planet. I believe in people. I believe in wholeness. I believe everyone has a divine gift that shows up in their nuances, in their wounds, and in their healing. By listening deeply to the Soulful undercurrent, we can tune into our purpose and pleasure.
