What is a Notary Signing Agent?

A Notary Signing Agent is a Notary who is specially trained to handle and notarize mortgage loan documents. Notary signing agents are the critical final link to complete the loan.

In this course we will cover the steps to closing a transaction. You will gain the knowledge of how to explain loan documents with emphasis on the 5 most important documents in a loan package. We will also review video's on the do's and don't of a Notary Signing Agent and mistakes to watch out for. Lastly, we'll focus on how to grow and retain business in the billion dollar Real Estate industry.

A Notary Certification is required to be an actual Notary Signing Agent. (Not included)

You do not have to live in Oklahoma to attend this course.

The price for this course is $225. There will be a $50 cancellation fee is you cancel 5 days or less, prior to the start of class.

Registrations is from 7/15/20 to 8/25/20.
